About this project

Event.live asked us to provide an amazing ultimate Bullet Time rig to wow their guests at ICE Gambling Expo in Excel Arena. We created this huge 96 camera rig, used our bespoke software for auto creation, alignment, data capture and the sending of the movies.

For 3 days we had the rig working for 9-10hrs per day none stop, creating over 400 movies per day with a constant queue of visitors.

We worked with the set designers to build a wall which held the electronics, computers, wires and trigger systems and hid them entirely from view of the public.

Below are some of the movies we created.

Client: Event.Live

Category: Experiential Marketing

How many cameras

We used 96 cameras, with 9 computers, 10 custom made wiring looms specifically for this job.

Software Systems

We created for this job an additional social media plugin that allowed the system to email the movies with the correct tags and links to be sent out in the thank you email to the client.

Locations

ICE Gambling Expo in the ExCel Arena, London

What did we create?

We created over 1200 mp4 movies, each emailed directly to the visitor within a few seconds of the movie being created.
